Basic troubleshooting

• Restart the CowBoyUp app and reopen the section you were using.
• Confirm camera, photo, or location permissions are enabled if the issue involves those features.
• Check that the device has enough available storage for photos, documents, and livestock records.
• If local records do not appear, avoid deleting the app until support has reviewed your issue.
• For App Store or TestFlight install issues, update iOS and try the install again from the same Apple ID.

Support request types

• Request assistance with the device model, iOS version, what you were trying to do, and what happened.
• Report a bug with the screen name, steps to reproduce the issue, and whether it happens every time or only once.
• Request data deletion help for local app records stored on the user's device.

Where records are stored

The current CowBoyUp release is local-first. Livestock profiles, health records, breeding records, photos, documents, settings, and offline ranch guidance history are stored on the user's device in the current inspected app flow. Do not delete the app before exporting or recording important information you still need.
